Read This..

I dont believe that they are people who would believe in this kind of mail. Who would be in their right mind to send me this much of money. It doesnt make sense. Doesnt matter how real it looks. There is no parcel or money. Believe me..eventually the parcel would get stuck somewhere and they would want you to bank in more money. Feeling that you are going to receive so much money once the parcel is cleared, some people are willing to beg , borrow or steal. Please...do not be so stupid.
I heard so many cases like these around me. Lost all their possessions. Ladies, please becareful. Whenever cash is involved, it's definitely a scam. No one in their right piece of mind would send cash through a parcel. When you're asked for cash, believe me...it's a scam. Please stop telling yourself that your case is different. Yours is real. Stop with all the denials.

True Friends

At my age now,I find it difficult to find a friend. I mean, a true friend, not just acquaintances. I lost most of my friends when I was busy bringing up the kids. I was always tired and did not have enough time to socialize. Whatever time I had was always occupied with the kids' activities. They were young then.

Years gone by...so used of having them around and out of a sudden I dont really have them around anymore. What I meant is they have started to furnish their own life..friends of their own, dont really need a chaperone anymore. I have time now!!I really do...was hard to believe..!

Met Abang Azam In Tagged. Told him I needed to find friends. That is how I met my two buddies. They were introduced by Abang Azam through Tagged. I never expect to feel so close to them. Best friends are usually way down from schooltime or back to the childhood years. But God is so great as He is the one who creates fate and through fate, I managed to find these two wonderful ladies. I have lost hope in finding a good friend who believes in relating to each other through a supply of unconditional love in whatever case that may exist. Who accepts you as you are. Who goes through the thick and thin of life with you. Again I feel blessed. At first, I couldnt picture in my head that these two ladies could make me feel so complete but in the end it was all proven.

For those ladies out there, dont give up in searching for true friends. They are the part of your life that are just simply missing and hard to find, but not impossible. Believe me, being a single mom is not as bad as it sounds especially when you are blessed with friends like Asmah and Ellie.
Love you two so much. I thank God everyday for what He has given me.

IKAN BILIS (Anchovies)

It's a must have ingredient in the kitchen.
One can be very creative with it.

An impromtu recipe, try it out. It's called IKAN BILIS KICAP.

ingredients:
50gm ikan bilis
1 medium size onions cut as u like.
1 teaspoon tamarind
2 ds spoon soya sauce
4 chillie padi cut as u like.
2tb spoon cooking oil

Wash the ikan bilis first in a sift, so it wont be soaked.
Heat the oil in a kuali. Fry the ikan bilis till crispy brown. Dont burn it.
Add in the cut onion n chillies. Stir till the onion is well cooked.
Squeeze the juice from the tamarind and add into the kuali
Finally add in the soya sauce, stir awhile. Ready..!! As simple as that.

This is really my two best buddies, Asmara's n Qaseh's favourite dish.
Rite ladies..??

meeting

Cat was 10 years old, Juria was 6 and Daryl was 4 when I told them that we're gonna have a meeting after lunch."meeting mommy?, yay!!yay!!..meeting..like the office people mom?" Cat wanted to confirm her curiosity. "Yup" I replied her.."meeting will start at 2.30pm" told them.

"where are we going to have the meeting mom?, here in the living room? or at the dining table?"

Juria wanted to be rather formal and told her tiny self that it would be a much serious matter compared to what the word "meeting" was actually implying in this matter. Deep down I felt so good..it works.."well ..we'll have it here at the dining table" I told them. I heard Daryl was asking Juria" kak ngah ..what is a meeting?" Juria answered him.."meeting la.."

Those were the days..whenever I wanted them to listen and to take whatever I said seriously, I would call it a meeting. It worked astonishingly well, the most insinuative choice there was. That particular day, that particular minute, I dumped philosophy and started preaching to them. I was talking about why they have to be good in school and told them too that if they didnt want to go to school they would have to get married or get a job. Told them that going to school and being a good student are the only responsibilities that I am particularly giving them at the moment. Anyway it was a really good meeting, an unforgettable one ..the attendants were so serious even to my little son who hardly listens to anyone, surprisingly took whatever I said in the meeting so seriously. Thank you God..

Sometimes in life u might not be financially rich but u could feel so rich when u have Cat, Juria and Daryl. Am so lucky to be blessed with this three wonderful beings.

To Juria, the meeting really made her wonder. She must have thought about it so deeply that the next day she came to me and told me.." mom, thought of what u've said in the meeting, mom, I've decided to get married". Hahahaha...but she was very serious...hahahahaha...I did not laugh at her then but now whenever this special memory hits me, I'd burst into laughters..
